Orders are dispatched from Furniva’s Jaipur facility or, for selected ready-stock products, through our Mumbai-area 3PL partner. Furniture arrives flat-packed in one or more boxes. Your delivery range is worked out in calendar days from your pincode, stock position and assigned fulfilment location. It remains an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Someone needs to be available at the address to receive it — it does not have to be you.

Installation is free in major cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Ludhiana and the Chandigarh tricity. The pincode check on the product page confirms it for your address. Once every box is delivered, our team or partner contacts you within 24–48 hours and aims to finish within 96 hours. Free installation is available for 15 calendar days after delivery.

Outside these cities there is no carpenter service. Every piece comes with an assembly manual, our video guides walk you through it, and our team is a call away. See the delivery and installation page for scope and revisit fees.

Listings state the number of boxes so you know what to expect at the door. Assembly is required on most pieces, and the hardware and hex key are included where the product record confirms it. Where a piece needs two people, the manual says so.

A ready-stock order may be cancelled before dispatch. For a customer-requested cancellation, we may deduct the actual non-recoverable payment transaction costs, itemised and capped at 5% of the amount paid for the cancelled item. For a made-to-order item, cancellation before production begins carries a total 20% charge; after production begins but before dispatch, it carries a total 50% charge. A made-to-order item cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

There are no returns or refunds for a change of mind. Ready-stock furniture gets one complimentary size or colour exchange per order when requested within seven calendar days of delivery, provided it remains unused, unassembled, undamaged and complete. Made-to-order and refurbished pieces are excluded. A refurbished product receives only the part-level remedy stated in the returns policy for eligible damage or a defect not disclosed in its recorded condition. Report visible delivery issues within 48 hours; they are resolved at no cost.

Warranty at Furniva is product specific. A piece carries cover only where its catalogue record says so. For an eligible product, the original purchaser receives 12 months of non-transferable cover for a visible manufacturing defect in the board, panel or supplied hardware that materially affects normal use. Furniva pieces are engineered wood with a laminate finish. Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth — no solvent-based cleaners, which leave a permanent bloom. Keep standing water away from the base and back panel, and wipe spills rather than letting them sit.

Where a listing publishes a shelf load, stay within it. Where no shelf load is published, spread weight evenly and keep heavy items low.
